Cytomorphologic Criteria:
Sheet of cells with enlarged, hyperchromatic nuclei, increased N/C ratios and feathering at the periphery of the sheet.
Explanatory Notes:
Note the monotony of the hyperchromasia in the nuclei in contrast to the more variable nuclear changes seen in tubal metaplasia.
