LSIL
Cytomorphologic Criteria:
Large, multinucleated dysplastic cells with "mature" cytoplasm and distinct cell borders. Nucleus shows enlargement which is > 3X intermediate nuclei, hyperchromasia, pleomorphism of size and shape. No nucleoli seen.
Explanatory Notes:
Note the overall large cell size, well-defined cytoplasm and multinucleation.
