ASC-US

Explanatory Notes:
The atypical anal Pap contains cells with some of the features of a squamous intraepithelial lesion, but lacks either qualitatively or quantitatively sufficient features for the interpretation of SIL. Here the cells are suggestive of a low grade SIL, thus this is classified as ASC-US.
