Interpretation:
HSIL

Cytomorphologic Criteria:
Isolated squamous cells display varying degrees of maturity and dysplastic nuclei. They range from mild to moderate to severe dysplasia warranting a diagnosis of HSIL.

Explanatory Notes:
It is important to base the diagnosis on the cells showing the most severe abnormality.
