Three dimensional plaque of keratinized cells with orangeophilic cytoplasm and minimally irregular, hyperchromatic nuclei.
Explanatory Notes:
Such cells may form the surface layers of reactive epithelium or SIL. In this case the findings are not sufficient for a firm interpretation of SIL.
