Note cilia at the upper edge of the sheet. Explanatory Notes: Tubal metaplasia is a significant pitfall in the interpretation of glandular changes. Cells may show features that overlap with those of AIS. Follow-up: Follow up negative for neoplasia. Tubal metaplasia identified on biopsy.
