Interpretation is NILM. Explanatory Notes: Dissociation is more frequent in liquid based preparations than in conventional slides. The presence of endocervical cells indicates that the transformation zone has been sampled (a minimum of 10 well-preserved endocervical or metaplastic cells is required; they do not need to be in groups).
