Interpretation:
NILM: Keratotic cellular changes?"typical parakeratosis"

Cytomorphologic Criteria:
Note plaque of parakeratotic cells with persistence of nuclei. The nuclei lack any evidence of increased staining and size, and have a normal outline.

Explanatory Notes:
Might be an image to address the issue of parakeratosis versus ASCUS, parakeratotic type.

Follow-up:
Patient continues to be followed without evidence of SIL
