Atypical endocervical cells

Cytomorphologic Criteria:
Cell group demonstrating crowding, pseudostratification and oval or elongated nuclei. Note the presence of cilia in some cells.

Explanatory Notes:
Tubal metaplasia is a significant pitfall in the interpretation of glandular changes. Cells may show features that overlap with those of AIS.

Follow-up:
These findings are most likely related to tubal metaplasia
